What we teach you works. But only if you do. Kyla is a straight shooter and will be giving very direct, raw, intentional feedback. Courtney will also be responding to posts in our Facebook group publicly, so that everyone with similar questions can benefit from what's shared- and she doesn't hold back. Everything is said respectfully, with care and consideration. But we will tell you what you need to hear because that's how you will grow. The women in this group need to be responsive to feedback, self-motivated when it comes to applying the information, and committed to doing what they say they will. Participation
Community is what you make it. You will hear us reiterate this constantly, because we don't want you to work in isolation. We don't want you to move in silence. We don't want to just clap for you when you win. We want every member to allow themselves to be seen. To build in public. To ask for help, experience what it's like to have people cheering you as you pursue a dream, and we want you to have built in accountability from multiple angles so you have a higher likelihood of staying consistent.
